Password Login allows returning users to access the account with the registered mobile number and an existing password. This method becomes available after a password has been successfully created for the account.

1. Open the IS7 App.
2. Select Password Login.
3. Enter the registered mobile number.
4. Enter the saved login password.
5. Check both fields for typing mistakes.
6. Continue with the sign-in action shown in the app.

If the password is not accepted, first confirm the mobile number and check for typing errors. If the password is genuinely forgotten, use the recovery option instead of repeatedly guessing.

IS7 Mobile Number Binding

Mobile binding connects an IS7 account with the phone number used for verification. The current Account & Security screen shows the bound number, confirming that the mobile number is an important part of account access and recovery.

1. Enter the mobile number on the binding screen.
2. Tap Send Code.
3. Wait for the verification message.
4. Enter the received code.
5. Complete the mobile binding process.

Users should keep access to the registered phone number because future verification and password recovery can depend on it.

How to Set IS7 Login Password

After mobile verification, users can create a password for future account access. The current password setup requires a password between 8 and 32 characters.

1. Open the password setup option.
2. Enter or confirm the registered mobile number.
3. Tap Send Code.
4. Enter the verification code received on the phone.
5. Create a password between 8 and 32 characters.
6. Enter the same password again in the confirmation field.
7. Submit the details to save the password.

After the password has been saved, the registered mobile number and password can be used for password-based account access where the option is available.

Create a strong password

Avoid simple number sequences, a phone number or an easy-to-guess name. Use a password that is unique to the account and keep it private.

IS7 Forgot Password

The current login screen includes a Forgot Password option for users who cannot remember the saved password. Recovery relies on the registered mobile number and the verification steps shown in the app.

IS7 Account & Security

The Account & Security area contains important access information, including the bound phone number and login-password controls. This is the main place to confirm which mobile number is linked to the account and manage password-related settings.

Protect these three pieces of information:

• the registered mobile number;
• the login password;
• one-time verification codes.

Verification codes and passwords should not be shared with other people. Avoid sending screenshots that expose an active OTP or account credential.

IS7 Login Problems & Fixes

OTP Not Received

First confirm the registered mobile number and check the phone signal. Wait for the current request to complete before tapping Send Code again. On dual-SIM phones, make sure the SIM connected with the registered number is active and able to receive SMS. Also check whether SMS filtering or blocked-message settings are hiding the verification message.

Verification Code Expired

Verification codes are time-sensitive. Request a fresh code and enter the newest code shown in the latest message. An older code from a previous request may no longer work.

Multiple Codes Received

Repeatedly tapping Send Code can create several messages. Do not try every code in sequence. Use the newest valid code for the current sign-in attempt and avoid making repeated requests while one request is still active.

Password Not Accepted

Confirm that the registered mobile number is correct, then re-enter the saved password carefully. Check capital letters, numbers and symbols. If the password is genuinely forgotten, use Forgot Password instead of repeatedly guessing credentials.

Login Screen Does Not Continue

Check the mobile-data or Wi-Fi connection and make sure all required fields are complete. If the app becomes unresponsive, close it fully and reopen it. If the issue started after an older installation, use the current IS7 App or APK source rather than an unknown modified file.

Registered Number Does Not Match

Account access depends on the mobile number already bound to the account. A different number will not open the same verified account. If access to the bound number has been lost, use the account-support option shown in the live app; IS7Gamer cannot change the registered number.

Login Works on One Phone but Not Another

Confirm that the same registered number and current credentials are being used. Network conditions, an older app build or an incomplete installation can also affect account access, so check the current app installation before making repeated login attempts.
